    Pros

Varied experience including travel abroad and challenging job assignments. Time off policies are liberal and accommodating. With reasonable work-life balance, one gets fair compensation.

    Cons

Compensation and benefits are adequate to pull along throughout career, however early retirement brings challenges of adjustment in altogether different fields.
