    Conspace of work is really very slow, there is no grooming and no such opportunities to move forward based on your performance. Company's focus is only on production and it does not pay any heed to employee satisfaction, employee motivation, job enrichment or providing the basic necessities of life. Necessities are considered a luxury.

    Pros- Great pay
    - Wonderful opportunities to learn and gain experience
    - Ample resources
    - Large team
    - Market leaders in Oil & Gas

    Cons- Unclear management of roles and responsibilities
    - Unequal distribution of work and authority
    - Under utilization of skills and knowledge of employees
    - Bureaucratic management style
    - Lack of Managerial skills in designated managers

    Advice to Senior Management- Develop openness to listen to people down the line and consider thoughts and ideas shared.
    - Two way appraisal should be introduced so that how managers are managing should also be evident.

    Life in PPL is settled if you are in HO but much difficult if in Field location.

    ProsVery good rise in salary, less burden from management. Full technical environment and no corruption found in technical staff.

    ConsRotation is long and man power is much short.
