Mike Myers
Current Employee – been working at Palio Communications
Pros – It's a cool place to work and the people are great. Tons of new experiences and valuable applications. Great resumed builder
Cons – Management tends to play favorites and is sometimes incompetent. They need a better management structure. If that occurred the problems would be fixed. Be ready to work hard. Lots of hours
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to step back and take a look at the process they follow. If they can revamp the process it would make
Management so much better

Former Employee – worked at Palio Communications as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Good, solid experience with plenty of opportunities to shine and grow.
Cons – Very long hours. There really is no work/life balance. Those with kids are always missing out on important milestones and nightly dinners. Stingy benefits and perks.
Advice to Senior Management – Step back and take a good look at process. Distribute work more evenly. Draw a line between acceptable and unacceptable hours. Take a good look at why talented people are leaving.

Former Employee – worked at Palio Communications
Pros – money, location, camaraderie, Summer Friday hours, cool office, company parties, produce quality work, creative people, most people drink at lunch, drinking in general.
Cons – crazy ass hours, a general competition to be a workaholic, account services bend over backwards for clients, pharmaceutical clients, no work/life balance... if you want to get any recognition.
Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be a better system in place to make sure individuals who work insane amounts of hours can delegate work better. Also, comp days for overtime. Less burden on editorial staff for errors that are missed by entire teams.
