Pros – Few great people to work with.
Cons – Good experience if your next career plan is to sell mobile phone SIM cards.
Management, especially in India, work without any integrity. Sales incentive plan (SIP) is set based on unreasonable targets.
Skills, recognition, motivation, understanding of goals, and the ability to measure progress etc. are alien to the managers. All sales and performance credit goes to your manager.
There is a high level of dissatisfaction among the sales managers in India regarding their remuneration packages. So, you can imagine how difficult it would be to haggle over annual salary increment when the frustration is high among the managers themselves.
Even the managers and business unit heads based overseas managing the sales and business developments in India are mean and indulge in politics at the expense of their colleagues in India.
Only a few sales / marketing managers - regional and global - who can play organizational politics are still sticking around with the company. They will continue to be with the company because they cannot not find a job else where.
Don’t get into this trap. You will all regret the time you wasted at Pall India.
Advice to Senior Management – No advice to the management in India. You have not changed anything in so many years; you cannot change anything.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Pall
Pros – Great people that love their jobs despite poor management.
Cons – List would be too long! Micro managed, meetings, spread sheets and favoritism - brute force!
Advice to Senior Management – Get out on the floor for more than five minutes and maybe you'll have a clue instead of having meetings all day long to hear from your managers whats going on! You hired talented managers yet you don't trust them? And to the senior leadership I say wake up, there's a reason you get great talent and then they leave, it's right in front of you! People don't quit the company they quit the manager! Who has the most people quitting his area? There's a root cause counter measure Pall needs to have action on!

I have been working at Pall
Pros – Can pay decent salary. Work life balance possible.
Cons – chaotic, toxic, intensely political. IT rams everything down everyone's throats. People from the lowest level to the highest level are leaving in droves. Operations is in jeopardy.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire real and not second rate managers, those with integrity. Pay close attention to how hard it is to operate your business at the ground level. Don't be a plaything of IT to allow them to mess up operations tremendously.
