    Pros

You get to work with people from all over the world, and you work on some pretty unique technologies.
The place is getting more energetic with some new people joining.
Customers are very loyal, which is good for job security.
People really care about doing their jobs well.
    Cafeteria and gym are nice.

    Cons

Commute to work on Long Island is tough in bad traffic.
    Cost of living is high.
