    Pros

Good work/life balance and the ability, where possible, to work from home. Most of the jobs are very easy so if you don't mind not being challenged, this place is for you.

    Cons

No opportunity for advancement and the company has not handled change well. The change from print to digital has been very slow, not keeping up with demand. Too many clients are leaving for companies that have better web offerings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Outsource, outsource, outsource. The web order processing is not working with the current staff and you have tried too long to get the right staff with no luck. You need to look elsewhere.

    Pros

I cannot think of 1 specific positive about this company. It was poorly managed, lead by junior programmers.

    Cons

Lead by junior programmers with big egos who thought they knew everything. They had us create unit test documents for QA, only for QA to tell us they used their own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

shut the doors. stop the bleeding.

    Pros

They have a good severance package.

    Cons

In 10 years, I've never received a raise equivalent to the cost of living increase for that year. Bosses are put in place and supported to be bossy rather than supervisoral.

New and exciting innovation for the industry

    Cons

Not enough attention paid to employees and their ideas
Showing initiative and drive to succeed is frowned on
    Bad Morale with management decisions
    Fear of management
Legacy employees are being let go or leaving on their own and tribal knowledge is fading and hurting business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Former Employee - Programmer in Palm Coast, FL

    Pros

Co-workers (not management) are pleasant and are good at what they do. Friendly but clickish.

    Cons

Upper management has got to be killing this company. Looks like nothing has improved since 2010!? Lower management doesnt seem to have a clue on whats going on. They are running 6 different systems which no-one seems to know how to train the new person on. Some employees have no real world experience and have no clue how to explain what they do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your workers - they are the ones keeping this company alive...I personally think they are trying to lose money/customers for some odd reason. I've never seen so many things not happen with the group of employees there.

    Former Employee - Account Manager

    Pros

Employees are willing and able to do the work and for the most part are very friendly. Largest employer in Flagler county outside of the school district.

    Cons

Company is run by a group of consultants who worked their way into full time positions. They have no respect for the employees or for the company. The company continues to lose clients due to management and staffing issues. Salaries are low in comparison to competitors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to be replaced from the top down. There is no way to salvage anything under the current leadership.
