    Hitting the ground running--literally.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsAt "PAIRE" you will find a friendly atmosphere and driven colleagues. You will have the chance to manage--and thus learn intimately about--medical studies. If you have an interest in clinical trials, the stages involved from inception to completion, and the politics behind medicine, a position with this company would provide interesting insights.

ConsLittle or no training for new employees means that they will find themselves tackling upwards of 15 elaborate projects and being in a position to guide the projects' lead researchers, while they themselves are not yet equipped for the many nuisances of such a task.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevote serious attention to training and supporting employees and try to better divide tasks amongst employees. Certain positions have insurmountable workloads, with employees being in a constant state of panic.
