Details
Pros
A good office harmony where management treat all staff with respect and compastion. Managemt do take the time to listen, however question their abilaty to act on this.
Cons
Future promotions are very unlikly
Advice to Senior Management
Be reasonable to all staff and needs. Check and evaluate staff qualifications and adjust remuniration accordingly
