    The people were nice and they do charity work with the community

    Cons

    They close down and corporate only sees numbers and dollar signs...prices were too high to stay in business

    A lot of great people.

    Cons

    Always short on capital and more focused on expense control than long term goals and results to improve margin dollars and overal profitability.
    Too much finger pointing between departments. Need to be more focused on producing results than placing blame.

    Management team needs to work together better to improve overal resutls.

    Great Job if you like retail IT. Got to play with cutting edge hardware/software.

    Cons

    Always in January you had to be leary of layoffs.

    Pros

    Pamida is an okay company to work for. It paid just above minimum wage and what I did wasn't too bad.

    Cons

    When I worked there, I didn't get the hours I was hoping for, neither quanitity or times that I preferred.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to take their feelings out of the job. They often picked who they wanted to work with and stuck others with those they didn't want to work with.
