    High end gowns exclusive to Panache bring in sales

    Cons

    Ownership is prejudice against all women. They are horrible.

    Working full time you get NO bennifits

    Pros

    Sink or swim + several veteran engineers makes the company a decent place to grow. You may also get to visit multiple clients for additional experience.

    Cons

    Panahce will advertise training and training resources, but there is no formal guidance or program to speak of. If you are not a self starter, this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Invest some resources into formal training. The lab of ancient hardware and shelves of dated books could really use some pruning!
