    Nice company to work for.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsReasonable upward mobility. Nice benefits package. Workforce can be hit or miss. The jobs are challenging but not always for the right reasons.

ConsEuropean company seems to import Europeans for the top management positions in US offices. Overall pay is probably about average for the industry.

Route Development Manager (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsGreat benefits - dental, health and life insurance. Good at promoting from within. Colleagues are a very close knit community that help each other

ConsThe company is always changing their policies and moving certain departments from one city to another. Also, hours in certain departments are very long

Advice to Senior ManagementSometimes consider not who the employee knows, but what they bring to the table.

Good company, loosing focus of employee's and being customer centric

Vice President (Former Employee) Morristown, NJ

    Pros* Process organized company.
    * Advantage if you speak Germany
    * Ability to work internationally if desired.

Cons* Change structure and priorities too often and not focused. Went from Regional setup to Country control. Then back to Regional. Sets strategies, but changes them too quickly as not able to achieve results.
    * Has to remember people are one of the most important assets a company can use
    * Needs to be more focused on completing project and objectives

    – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Could be a wonderful successful company well into the future if they would keep a consistent strategy.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsLove the global challenges, Health Insurance, salary

ConsInconsistent top level management with constant changes in strategy (i.e. every couple months)

Advice to Senior ManagementYour employees are your greatest asset. You have lost focus on this importance and have run many individuals in circles which has been counterproductive to the entire company.

I loved my job there and the environment until they hired a new manager that was unaware of our daily procedures.

Air Import Document Processor (Former Employee) Charlotte, NC

ProsMy department was very family like and team work was great.

ConsI did not like the choice in new management and this is the reason I am not there anymore.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop shopping on Amazon and texting all day and learn what you are doing before you decide to fire your hardest worker for some bs reason just to make you look better when in fact you look incompetent.
