Panasonic Corporation of North America Reviews
-
Pros
When the times are good, the place was a good place to work. There were Christmas party with raffle prizes of Panasonic products (plasma TV sets, blue ray DVD players, cameras, etc.), picnic and cruise trip, etc.
Cons
Very rigid and stifled. "Ideas for life" doesn't belong here.
Advice to Senior Management
Take care people whose contributions to the bottom line of business is important to the success and growth. XCS should be extended to the employees as well.
