    Pros

Panda Express is a great company to work for. There are many opportunities for you to grow within the company. I started as a counter help and moved up to a manager in 3 years. They take their time to develop me professional and personally.

    Cons

It is a very demanding job, I have long shifts and usually work the weekends.

    Pros

people are usually fun to work with. its very clean and well structured. free meals for employees during breaks is nice.

    Cons

closing is the worst and takes so long to do. during busy hours i felt like i didn't get paid enough for doing everything i was doing. its a really tiring job for a fast food place.

    Advice to Management

the amount of dishes are ridiculous, there needs to be a dishwasher so people are not stuck there for hours after closing. so many people work long hours and are exhausted from this job and their efforts go unnoticed.

    Pros

This company truly wants me to grow, be successful, and learn as much as possible as an individual. Starting salary is great and bonuses are attainable.

    Cons

Typical cons are what I find in most restaurant/retail management positions. Long hours, work nights/weekends, etc.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to take risks or think outside the box.

    Pros

It's a learning and opportunity company. The hard working culture and ownership mentality have built me up a better business person. Not only that; the recent way of continuous learning has built me up to be even better person in life. The practice tough love from upper management with the intention of achieving goals has set a role for me to set my goal and strive for it no matter what. Benefits pays off hardworking.

    Cons

High standards that requires a flexibility for adapting to constant changes quickly. It would be challenge for some! The changes are so quick to give time for digestion, practice, follow and feedback.

    Advice to Management

Follow one guideline from company to ensure the level of understanding, procedures to be proper to engage integrity and gain trust then cooperation.

    Pros

There's a lot of way to move up within the company. They have great benefits as well. Coworkers become a little family away from home. Once you get the hang of how things work it becomes a very fun and exciting!

    Cons

Working at some stores becomes stressful due to how fast everything is. At first it's going to be a lot of information thrown at you, but after a week or so you get hang of it. You have to be very patient with the customers at times and it does get a little frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Be very appreciative of the employees, they do a lot for the customers and company.
