Pros

Panduit seems to have a good idea of quality and engineering and places a good deal of emphasis on the two.

Cons

Working at Panduit was one of the biggest mistakes I've made in my career. I was a victim of a political assassination which originated in the U.S. The managing director of APJ is an engineer who has all the personality of a doorknob. When times were good, it didn’t matter. When they turned ugly, he did NOTHING to prepare his people for the sh*t-storm of trouble we got from corporate. A lot of senior people throughout the APJ organization were beheaded simply because of a struggle going on in the U.S.

Panduit is a mediocre, small company which once had grand ambitions, but now it’s back to simply being a mediocre company. I would not advise working for Panduit as a career. For a year or two, it’s bearable, but otherwise keep looking.

Advice to Senior Management

COMMUNICATE !!!! You have no idea how to communicate to your peers, to your subordinates, to your customers. Stop being a bunch of freaking mutes and learn to communicate.
