    Leadership team

    Executive (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent and innovative product range and solutions. Has many talented people.

ConsA leadership team which is ultra conservative and prehistoric in their management style. It operates a blame culture and, the CFO in particular, is very narrow minded in outlook and "rules" by fear.

Advice to Senior ManagementTime for major changes at the top in order to bring the company into the 21st century.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Not a customer centric company at all.

    Sales (Former Employee)

ProsIt's a job and if you want to go nowhere in life, it's right for you. A very good place to learn what not to do in business.

ConsWorking here could damage your credibility. The worst customer service ever, lack of direction and weak middle management with no influence. It feels like a cult and is run like a large scale lifestyle business from the US. Unless a customer is what they class a strategic, they will constantly disappoint, very bad communication and even worse execution.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat customers and employees how you would like to be treated.

help do not work for this company

    Customer Service (Current Employee)
    London, England (UK)

Prosproduct what else is there to say ???

Cons-bad management at customer service some uni kids leading this department
-a test should show your skills? no way without on the job training
-some people with bad attitudes towards new comers, try to exclude people as if they are it because they work there longer
-it is not difficult to be friendly to new people you were in their shoes once as well !!
-they think it is such a difficult job but it is the most boring job I have ever done
-it is just like a call center emails and some phone calls

Advice to Senior ManagementDo not just listen to managers other people do the work
HR you are not there for other employees only for management

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Stay away - very bad company to work for

    Sales (Former Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsCan't think of any. Quality of products perhaps.

ConsLack of competence in almost every department. Errors and missed deadlines are the standard. Senior Management completely away from real issues or not wanting to change the status quo. Feeling of lack lack of control over the business and even control over supply chain. Very old fashioned, no flexibility, no understanding of how to manage and retain employees. HR does not exist unless needing to execute senior management commands, mainly driven from US. Lack of a real culture and sense of belonging, several employees have an attitude problem for some unknown reason. Morale is very low and senior management too busy to get to pensionable age rather than taking ownership of problems. Nothing to learn, no career prospects just frustration if you are a professional who wants to drive results and be recognised.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet proper, detailed feedback from employees and act upon the real issues without trying to cover up. Get advice from an external consultancy on how to implement radical changes. Too many divisions, too many silos, too many products without proper strategies, matrix structure not working, need to have someone driving in a cohesive manner across functions.

Great people, nice company, shame no promotion prospects

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsThe people are really great. There is a family feel and definitely Panduit people; down to earth, friendly and fun/

ConsNot much recognition for people outside the US, very US centric processes. Limited scope for promotion, poor pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive people more career development and make packages competitive
