    Good first job

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIt's a higher grade than some restaurants. Better quality, etc. For a first job it's not terrible. You get experience with customer service that you should be able to use to move into a different position.

    ConsIt's a fast food job.

    left wanting more

    Manager (Current Employee)

Prosmanagers are hired on salary, great team of people and great managers to work with

Conslittle geowth opportunities. when senior management keeps hiring outside of the company instead of utilizing their resources at the AM level it doesn't leave you feeling like your hard work is worth or for anything. the bonus structure is a joke, NO work life balance.

Advice to Senior Managementlook at the great people you have already hired and know and love the company instead of going to other concepts and hiring GMs just because they are GMs.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
