    Cons

Minimal training after you get hired; pay could be better. Typical cash register job.

I have been working at Panera Bread full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It has a lot of good friendly individuals working there, decent pay for college/highschool students, free/discounted food, and clean/classy work enviroment

    Cons

Lots of very stupid customers. And it's a food service job, so lots of stress and hectic on the go work

    Advice to Management

Free food, increase pay by a dollar, and put up signs telling customers to put away their own dishes.
