    Pros

The bonds you form with coworkers are unbreakable. Free baked goods a plus

    Cons

A good job never comes with praise and you will work really hard for not much more than minimums wage. Not much support available.

    Pros

I loved working here. If you're energetic and don't mind speaking to people all day then this job is perfect for you. They were very flexible with my schedule and the work environment was very friendly.

    Cons

Sometimes you may need to work early hours (6a.m) but since you choose your schedule most times, this can be avoided

    Advice to Management

    Stay positive

    Pros

Non, find employment elsewhere. I've heard from other bakers that corporate Panera Breads are better to work for, this particular franchise is horrible.

    Cons

Low pay, graveyardshift, treated like you aren't there, at best..

    Advice to Management

Little opportunity, and the bakery managment get treated worse then the bakers. The covelli family owns the one I work for and they have been sued in other states for racism, and it is very obvious that it's company wide. I work for a black Asst. GM who has been with the co. for 10 years and keeps getting passed up for a promotion to good looking woman in there mid to late 20's.

    Pros

Food discount - 50% off Never having to go home smelling like food. Flexible schedule. Lots of hours available. Every few months, you have to come in after store hours for a "Bread Bash". This is where you get introduced to the new menu items, and you also get to try them.

    Cons

Management was horrible. The amount of work one person has to do is ridiculous. Very stressful, face paced job.

    Advice to Management

    Have a heart.
