Pros
Fast paced, yet relaxed work place! The job is super easy for the amount of money that one makes. Clean. Drive. Top pizzas. The day ends before it even starts! And you get to have money in your pocket every night!
Cons
When it's slow, it's slow. Not much to do besides clean, or chat if you actually get along with who you're working with. No legit breaks, as if you get a run you will have to come right back. No insurance, ect for drivers, in stores or shift leads.
Pros
It can be as laid back or as fast pace as you want it to be. The more serious you take it, the more money you make.
Cons
There is literally zero room to grow. If you become a shift or GM you make little to no more then you would as a driver. The raise to responsibility ratio is wayyyyyy off.
Advice to Senior Management
Management has always been very good to me. They treat you how you treat them.
Pros
my employees and most customers were pleasant
Cons
no raises, family owned and very shady at that.
Advice to Senior Management
n/a
Pros
Friendly atmosphere, Management was helpful when needed, Growth opprotunities were available, Great job training, Good pay for a pizza place
Cons
No part time benefits, Can work long hours with minimum breaks during busy hours, Strict uniform guidelines, Hard to get off on the weekends
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work, over all I have a great experience working for this company, I would recommend making your franchises be held to the same standards as the corprate stores, I have been to some bad franchise stores
Pros
It's easy, quick cash. Depending where you go, you'll have flexibility in your schedule. The people are usually fun to work with.
Cons
Be prepared to work all weekend nights, every football game, every boxing event, and to not see your family or friends if they're on a more traditional 9-5 schedule. Be prepared to be treated like you are replaceable, because you are.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay better, don't treat your employees like they're worthless, and make an effort to let them know that they're cared about at the job.
Pros
Some fun people to work with
Cons
the way the employees are treated is disgusting! They are called names (in front of customers) and customers aretreated rudely. I hope they do contact corporate.
Advice to Senior Management
owner should talk to employees and discover the name calling and inappropriate way she talks to employees (and customers!)
Pros
You get alright money if you are a delivery driver, its fairly easy work, you get to drive around and listen to music basically for your job
Cons
terrible management, terrible pay, terrible hours, this should pretty much only be a supplemental job at best because its not worth the minimum wage pay to put up with the awful management and stupid rules and regulations
Advice to Senior Management
Stop treating your employees like we are mentally handicapped toddlers. We know the basics of what we are doing for the most part, and having you talk to us like children makes us disgruntled and hate our jobs.
Pros
laid back atmosphere, uniforms provided
Cons
rude managers and unhygenic facilities
Advice to Senior Management
Invest in a real training program
Pros
Less supervision
Paid every night
Works around you schedule
Cons
Expect a lot from you for only getting paid low wages
Kills your car
No benefits
Hire management from the outside rather then hire from within
Advice to Senior Management
Be aware employees arent just a number
Pros
If you are hired to a store with plenty of employees, you are mostly free to have the time off that you need. Some hours are flexible, and there is always a limited ability to move up.
Cons
The entire operation runs on a thin string. If one person of management leaves the store, the rest have to work significantly higher hours and pick up the slack of the store with no reward. Poor wages, and anyone under management tends to live in fear of losing their job on a daily basis
Advice to Senior Management
Become familiar with the workers, lead them into hard work and thinking clearly instead of dependence on management to function when something goes a little wrong. It makes things run so much more smoothly.
