I worked at Papa John's part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked on/off there from 2007-2011, from my junior year of high school to shortly before my third year of college. For it being my first job experience, I learned a plethora of valuable things about not just the working world, but about myself and others as well. Most of my fellow co-workers that I worked were, for the most part, nice human beings, which is all one can ask for i those circumstances. Furthermore, I also learned the value of hard work. While that does sound cliched, it's very much true.

    Cons

The only cons to the job would have to be the last boss I had there before I left wasn't a particularly pleasant person to be around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's been two years or so sine I last worked there so I don't really know what advice I could give to management.

I have been working at Papa John's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

It's nice to come home with ~$40+ every night, although your paycheck won't ever exceed $300, and that's aiming high. It's not difficult at all if you can read a map or using Google Maps. No really, it's easy as heck.

    Cons

Car wear and tear, hourly pay is minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more than $1.10 per 5 miles.

I have been working at Papa John's part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible schedules. Management actually gets to know you and cares about your life. Very little stress.

    Cons

Flour gets everywhere. Sometimes you aren't able to get off in time due to rush hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The safety quizzes we take each week are a little... I don't know. They're really easy and I don't really get anything out of them. Just takes up some time out of my work day. Other than that, I don't have any complaints (maybe pay... but who doesn't) about the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
