    Pros

Good to work there, but sometimes so many company regulations in daily routine duties

    Cons

    Basic payments could be higher

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually in stores many things depend of how is manager good or not.

  2.

I have been working at Papa John's full-time

    Pros

Health benefits, paid vacations, discounted food.

    Cons

Favoritism, people not receiving recognition where needed, "policies" popping up that didn't exist before.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is not a bad company to work for, but they need to catch up to the times. The way you look doesn't affect the way you do your job.

I worked at Papa John's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

If you are seek the satisfaction in hospitality, this is the company to work for. People always want to blame the company for unsatisfied customers. It is a 100 percent team effort to maintain a good reputation for your store. It makes a difference to show people you care. Hard work opens doors for full time hours, pay raise and quick advancement.

    Cons

Unprofessional judgement by an owner with no Papa Johns history or background. Personal business investment. Only worried about profit and not customers or employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be more care shown to a hardworking employee with almost two years dedicated. No calling off. No unprofessional acts. Gained respect from other employees and was preferred in training for driving/dough slapping. Self derived person who would have been a great asset to the company. This is not applicable to all Papa Johns. I personally worked for two different locations and the negative experience occurred at only one.

I worked at Papa John's (more than a year)

    Pros

The people are fun to work with, and have remained friends with many of them.

    Cons

NO federally mandated breaks, benefits (if you can get them) are basically nothing, little respect from higher ups.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating your employees like people and not mindless slaves. There's a reason why in two and a half years I saw hundreds of people come and go with in a month of starting. People are people regardless of job position. Everyone deserves some respect.
