    Pros

Very little side work (they only require that you clean your section and do one small task to help out the expo line). Excellent tips and very easy for experienced servers; 3 table sections to keep servers from getting overwhelmed. I take a lot of pride in working here, the food is high-quality and the guests are easy to please as long as you follow your steps of service. Our guests travel for hours just to eat at this restaurant and I love being able to meet their high expectations and give them a great dining experience. Multiple floor managers are at every shift to assist with issues, the company has a strong teamwork-oriented philosophy and the floor chart is broken down into "zones" where the buddy system is implemented. I have worked here for four months and they are already discussing promoting me into the bar!

    Cons

Since the sections are small, they require a lot of servers for every shift and it is difficult to get weekends off. It can also take a while to get your section checked and signed out since management is responsible for checking sections and they have to balance managing the floor with checking sections for the cut servers.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest delegating section checkout to only one manager per shift while the other manager is responsible for handling comps and guest-oriented situations.

Bar tenders and waiters usually make great money. At least $100 at the end of a shift on any given day.

    Cons

    Revolving door management
They're not the best with flexibility in scheduling... be warr if you're a student working.

    Pros

The experience is great!! The guest are amazing & the food is delicious

    Cons

No one wants to work for a GM whose bias.
You have to ask for a raise cause the GM feels too highly of rewarding you one
Managers constantly get transferred so when new ones come they try to change the regular rules .

    Advice to Management

Be more rewarding! Take it easy on the waiters, assign hostess one position not multiple. Keep your GMs intact because they like to go beyond the rules
