    Pros

Good People and benefits at this level

    Cons

Motivated by fear. Corporate office is a mess! Everyone is insecure and out to save their own jobs at the expense of others. Will gladly throw any one under the bus to look good themselves.

    Advice to Management

Stop showing preferential treatment. It should not be n all boys club That occasionally allow a female into the group. Not a safe place to work.

    Pros

As a team lead there was a bit of freedom to lead the way you were comfortable.

    Cons

Management never gave Team Leads a spare second to breathe, if they found out you could finish one task 2 seconds earlier than planned then you better believe you'd get another task to have finished within the next hour. The normal day to day duties had to be put on hold in order to get the side projects done, resulting in drink coolers looking bad and shelves not being stocked, and that always fell onto the team leads as well. No matter what was done, they weren't satisfied.

    Advice to Management

Give the Team Leads a break, not everybody can be Superman just to make sure our job is completed.

    Pros

The coworkers and many people that I met in all of the airport locations and at the Support Center

    Cons

Management's narrow view towards the average employee working in the locations.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people in the field they are the ones that are the face of the company and they have ideas.

    Pros

Taking responsibility for your own store. Ability to reach higher sales goals from day to day.
Company really cares about employees and takes care of their needs.

    Cons

Stressful when it becomes very busy, but definitely not a bad thing.

    Advice to Management

Keep track of how store managers interact with employees to keep communication consistent.

    Pros

Nice co-workers in the office, bagels and donuts supplied most every Friday by Paradies, office recently remodeled , close to 2 interstates

    Cons

Depressed environment to work in. Everyone is very overworked and not valued. Terrible corporate structure. There is no team. Management only tries to keep track of any mistakes you make, never tries to invest in employees and build you up in any way. Management only cares about themselves.

    Advice to Management

Try investing in employees and quit with the revolving door attitude. Make the company a place where people want to stay by respecting all levels of people.

    Pros

Some of the co workers were nice and I met a few friends there. Seeing all different types of people coming through the airport and seeing famous people I think that was the best part of this job.

    Cons

Pay and hours were not good at all, the managers stressed you out not the job it's self they threatened you your job for not upselling or getting customers to donate to the uso. The management was very rude when they did talk to you and if they did it was only go fix those shirts on that table or something else they wanting you to do.

    Advice to Management

Need to fire all the managers and get all new ones. They don't care about they're employees, quick to fire them for any little thing.

    Pros

I got paid well. Can't think of anything else.

    Cons

Everything else. Where do I start? Do I start with their policies and the fact that they're stricter than the Soviet Union? Do I start with the deliberate high turnover rate and how they fire people at the drop of the hat in order to avoid paying healthcare to them? Where do I start?

    Advice to Management

If you don't want to pay for people's health care, then just don't dangle it over people's heads like carrots. Also, you might want to be a bit nicer to your employees.
