    Pros

You are paid for your work

    Cons

Constant turnover makes it difficult to build a team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More frequent formal training for front line associates not just one on one's with a supervisor.

Ok to work at. You have to be flexible with your schedule as it is never consistent.

    Pros

Pay, Benefits, Vacations, Airport Environment. It is fun to work at the airport and meet the customers because they are from all over. The pay is higher than most retailers. If you are full time then after a year you get 13 days of vacation. They offer good medical and some of the choices come with dental and vision.

    Cons

Rules, very strict. To early of shifts. If you are morning person then you will be ok but if you are not then you will have a hard time coming to work at 4 in the morning. If you call out because you are sick then you can get written up. If you are late a few times then you can get fired. Sometimes the store are super slow and they won't let you sit down or read or anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out on the sales floor more to know the workers. Help the team leaders to be better leaders.

    Pros

Meeting new people, airport environment, 50 % discount, nice people.

    Cons

Management isn't very good. The company seems to run by armatures. They want you to do everything and do not really help you out. They will send people home because of overtime and expect other members in other areas to do everything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop worrying so much about hour or 2 overtime and causing yourself and employees mayhem. No need to take stock associates off stocking just because you sent a cashier home early. And have no one to cover. YOU get in yourself then. Then expect to have all stores stocked after covering for a cashier or even covering breaks for mukltiple cashiers.

    Pros

Tsa gets to grope you everyday

    Cons

Almost everything about this job is terrible. the first con was the tsa treating me like a suspected criminal every day, the second was my crazy team leaders. (I had to report to corporate because my team leader actively tried to prevent me from filing a report against an abusive co-worker.) There was such a high turnover rate that every team lead had under a year of experience and had little to no knowledge of the workings of the company. The general manager would consistently forget to inform people of changes to the schedule and appointments and then blame it on the person who was not informed. The schedule is so erratic and random that employees often call in sick after being scheduled for new hours so that they can maintain their regular schedule of only days or only nights. This puts a huge strain on those that answer the phone to cover their shift. My biggest problem with this company is their federally approved monopoly status. Airport prices are not expensive because its the airport, prices are expensive from a lack of a free market and competition

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Write stuff down and double check that you informed your employees. Fix the scheduling problems. Lastly give team leaders proper training so that they don't so something illegal for the company because of their ignorance.

    Pros

Competitive starting pay, one the highest in the airport. Great locations, uniforms provided. Great discounts. dus

    Cons

Very strict rules. Management doesn't care about you. They consider your job to be easy, so they treat you with no respect. No tolerance. Job is incredibly tedious, they literally pay you to stand up for seven-eight hours and fold t-shirts or dust glass. No sitting down, no eating, no drinking, no cellphone. You're not even allowed to stand in one place, unless you're doing something specific. I was once reprimanded for having my hands in my pockets. Also, you will never go anywhere in this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

LIghten up. Your employees are not robots.
