    Pros

    Salaries are paid in time, lot of group activities where VP of IT is also involved.Technical team is competitive.

    Cons

    HR team is not that competitive, No transparency, No Growth,Very minimal support from senior management on improving the skills that are needed for job to be done.

    Please Hire a Good Manager ..Not the one who always try to save money to the company.manager needs to be communicative with employees too.

    Pros

    I joined Paradigm as a Program Analyst 6 months back. It has been a good working and learning experience ever since i have joined them.

    Cons

    They have a nice orientation program but it would be good if they made their current induction for freshers better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I really do not have any advice to the management as they have been supportive in my learning experience here.

    Very good place to work the management is very friendly and warm ...great place to learn new things about the industry

    .Though the work environment is quite competent their is relatively a greater amount of job security than other companies in the current scenario.
    Work is fun ...the management is quite approachable

    Work hours can be filled with a lot of stress...that is it is not uncommon to be working long hours

    The amount of awareness among the employees can be increased.The career path can be clearly made more apparent through investing a little time..

    Cost cutting measures being taken can be a little upsetting.. as size of the company is growing in size people can be neglected
