    Pros

Great job if you are looking for entry level work....

    Cons

There is absolutely no room for any growth at this company. An average account manager last less than two years (if that.) The products are outdated and hard to sell. If you want an entry level admin job - then work here. If you want to learn and grow with an organization - then don't expect that to happen. All the senior staff have left the organization because they see the writing on the wall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your current employees. Support them with opportunities to think out of the box. Get better leadership. Yes, YiPEE Golf outings and Friday lunches are fun. But where is the true leadership to take this organization to the next level of it's life cycle. Perhaps you can benefit from your own training programs.

    Pros

Nice offices, free coffee, some nice people, no overtime, some training, work/life balance

    Cons

This place needs new leadership and the products need to be infused with technology. Out of date product line being driven by out of date leaders. Flat and declining sales over the last three years. They just let 6 key salespeople and mid level executives go. Only hiring young and cheap talent so they can inflate the company revenue numbers so the owners can sell of the out-of-date products.

    Pros

    Office has a beautiful view.

    Cons

    - Training for new hires is very disorganized. There are no written guidelines or manuals for easy reference or access. Account Executives and Consultants have been there for a long time, and are set in their ways. They frequently submit sloppy expense reports, sales orders, etc, and then act annoyed when asked for clarification and a re-submit. Most of the employees are older and not open to new ideas or innovations. Not a lot of growth potential.
