    An opportunity to gain experience as a teacher and take on a new career path.

    Cons

    If you become serious about the profession you may still need to meet additional state requirements in order to become a certified teacher.

    Pros

    I was awarded educator of the month and it came with gift cards to Starbucks and Red Lobster and a company mug and pen/highlighter

    Cons

    Since the company base is out of state, all work correspondences are done via email and fax.

    Pros

    The division that I work with works as a team, and we try to make sure communication is key.

    Cons

    Work is not done when you leave the office, constantly answering emails, making phone calls, and working on-call from home.

    Advice to Management

    Please know how much effort the team is making to make sure everything is done and communication is a top priority.

    Give notice that the assignment is short-term, for employee to have time to search for new employment without a lapse in income

    Pros

    Hours are good, vacation days are renewed every 6 months,

    Cons

    Too much politics for raises, promotions, if you are related to a manager than you are in the right company but if not than you will have difficulty moving in the ranks.

    Advice to Management

    You need to hire people based on their skills not because they are related to other managers and not keep the people that know what their doing away from promotions.

    My commute time to the office I work in is pretty long.
