I have been working at Parallon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Easy work for the pay. Long hours/billing are now being pushed by managers however executives have said hours are not part of performance (inconsistent)

    Cons

Bulling, undermining others to protect ones self, disrespectful of others, and use of threats of fwrite ups are common and supported by management If you are submissive easy to work in culture Poor benefits

    Advice to Management

Practice the values. Especially integrity and respect not just respect upward but peers and downward Be consistent and listen to other experiences

Enjoyed it in the beginning, but is too stressful for the pay they start you with.

I have been working at Parallon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The job itself is easy and repetitive, and it is somewhat fulfilling.

    Cons

Management....they are not good about staffing employees with proper support and are strict on giving no overtime. So those of us working are left to do double the work.

I worked at Parallon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The amount of exposure received in the company, is amazing. Ive learned so much here. This job has been a Resume builder.

    Cons

This company packs on the work, but constantly fails to reward their employees for hard work. They pay their employees $6+ less in Provider Enrollment than other neighboring companies.

    Advice to Management

Upper management works hard, but fails to address the issues of salary for their non-management staff. They've just allowed people to leave with seniority, and hire new for less money.

I have been working at Parallon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good Work/Life Balance PTO Accrual is Good Easy to use PTO 401K Match is Good, and vesting is nice for employees (the longer you work there the better) Some of the Management Staff is EXCELLENT!

    Cons

Most of the managers don't know how to manage. They take the positions for the title, but don't want to do the work, or actually manage their employees. Higher Execs see this happening and don't discipline managers or encourage them to try and be better at their positions. HR is not present most of the time, and don't help when situations arise. When people leave their positions, you are volunteered to "fill in" (meaning you will do their job for the next year while they are conducting the "hiring process") Pay is AWFUL, way below market value. You are told b/c it's a big company they can pay whatever they want. Pay = 1990 Market Value Annual Evals are a joke! Super Antiquated system, not really meant to help you improve in your position. No opportunities for advancement in some of the departments. Annual Bonus is a JOKE...2%..and you're supposed to act like you are being given the biggest raise ever. HA! Old Boys Club...trying to hide under the guise of being "up on technology" Not allowed to telecommute depending on your position.

    Advice to Management

Train Managerial Staff so they can be better managers and help their employees to truly enjoy their work, and advance in their positions. Offer opportunities for growth, and more learning opportunities. Review pay scales and increase to market value of 2015, not the early 90's. Offer more virtual opportunities.

I have been working at Parallon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Staff are good to work with. Cfo has a charming personality, hr staff friendly

    Cons

Poor salary, outdated databases/software/processes. Not good for you if you fall out of preference with mgt., accurate work not important, HR policies not easily accessible online to staff, no true employee protection if Management incorrect, employee medical costs much higher than hospital employees, other critical functional issues that one usually doesn't see in hospital setting. This is a regional office and not in a hospital.

    Advice to Management

HR regulations should apply to lower level management as well; more easily accessible policies online for staff
