The "worker Bees" employees are great to work with and very dedicated. Free parking, and work locations.

Cons

Upper Management does not care about anyone but themselves. A lot of back-stabbing and “do as I say, not as I do” attitude. Not much advancement unless you are part of the "in" crowd.

Advice to Senior Management

(1) The parent company "Weyerhaeuser" needs to do a major "shakedown" and replace the entire management circle with fresh blood. (2) Move the corporate office out of Los Angeles.

Pros

Employees are very motivated and efficient. The company puts much emphasis on new technology, professional development and growth. Most employees have very long tenure and are very knowledgeable of processes. Excellent communication among employees and all are willing to help.

Cons

downturn in housing industry led to layoffs
