If having a great time is more important than making a lot of money, then this is the place to be.

    Snowboard Instructor (Former Employee)
    Park City, UT

ProsLots of free snowboarding. Also got to meet a lot of unique people from all over the world.

ConsNever knowing if you're going to get a lesson, and thus paid. Got really bad when tourism slowed with the economy.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you're going to charge $1125 ($225 x 5 kids) for a Signature 5 lesson, please pay your instructors more than $90 a day. ($15.00/hr x 6 hr lesson.) Because seriously, no one tips anymore. The instructors you've got left are just there for a free Season pass and could care less if the guests ever come back.
