The money, nice cars, pretty women and the fact that you'll know so many cars!

Cons

Poor management, no break, they some times treat you like crap. When I say they treat you like crap, I mean both the customers and the management. They customers really don't care about you. about nine out of ten just does not care about you. They just want their cars now! lol The management and human resource department has favorites and that is unfair. Trust me, at the end of the day, you're not proud that you're an employee of pk1. You're just happy that you have a job.

Advice to Senior Management

Care for the employees more. Show appreciation and not favoritism.
