I have been working at Parker Hannifin as an intern (more than a year)

    Pros

    Great people
    Relaxed work environment
    Somewhat casual dress code
    Co-workers are very helpful
    Useful work experience
    Reasonable pay rate
Take on a good amount of responsibility

    Cons

    Somewhat strict about time
A forty minute drive to work from UD
    7am start

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have heard many of my co-workers (on salary) that they do not receive over-time pay when they spent upwards of 20 hours in one month working off the clock. This is wrong and should be fixed. (by the way, this is the only thing I have come across that is not great about Parker).
