    Pros

There are a lots of good people and opportunity to learn about my job and my roles based on my assignments. People are helpful.

    Cons

I do not allowed to attend any type of "pay training" like "full time". I wish I can get training (that pertain to my assignment) like those full time employee does.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow the contractor for a training that pertain to their job assignment like full time employee. The knowledge to do the job will pay off the investment.

    Pros

My boss was a great mentor. He taught me how to be the best I could be. He created a fun and challenging career for me.

    Cons

Management did not treat all customers the same. We were told not to spend too much time with what management called Z customers. i thought that is wrong. All customers should be treated with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work.

I worked at Parker Hannifin full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Experience working at a large corporation, Structured, Benefits were ok but not great.

    Cons

Negotiate for the salary you want for the entire time you work there, because once you're in the Matrix, everything is locked in. Your potential for compensation is capped, even with promotions. RONA is a non-existent. They compensate for a lack of sales by laying people off or through attrition. Be ready to cover multiple jobs. There is no sick time, all time off has to be made up or taken out of your vacation. Managers are not mentors but merely bean counters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're only profitable because of the people working for your company. Learn to appreciate your employees.
