    Pros

They provide free parking after one year of service.

    Cons

Management doesn't show any appreciation for staff. Very low morale among staff. Feels like you're in high school again having to clock in and out and looking over your shoulders to see who is patrolling the halls.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff like adults instead of children.

    Pros

Parker Poe offers young attorneys a great entry-level environment. You work hands-on with partners and are staffed on a variety of projects early in your career.

The same complaints about every law firm - it is difficult to maintain a work-life balance when you are billing hours/worried about your job security.

    Advice to Management

    None.
