    I worked at Parking Company of America (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    It's fast paced, so you're never bored. There are plenty of great people and friendly people.

    Cons

    There's only one person for 3rd shift & if they call out, someone has to stay.

    Advice to Management

    Hopefully HR will continue to hire people in this position who value others.

    Pros

    The people you work with are fun to be around very helpful.

    Cons

    People will talk bad to you and look down on you all day. Management is terrible. There is no care on your life its only about coming to work that is it. Its very rare to move up.Will have to walk in all types of weather

    Care more about the people who work for you. Take advice for your employees.

    Pros

    Flexible, easy to learn, simple job. Decent pay, plus tips. Fun co-workers Get to drive cool cars sometimes Meet some interesting people

    Cons

    Long time on your feet Typical customer service issues (upset guests typically) Sometimes it sucks to be working outdoors during really hot weather or really cold weather No health benefits or others

    Advice to Management

    Training is extremely important for the associates success Let us sit down and get off of our feet every once in a while. Get those of us who work some better benefits

    Pros

    the promote from within the company, so there is opportunity for growth. and a great environment to learn the business.

    Cons

    The Company Benefits are not really that great. Salaries are not fair compensation for work load. Salaried employees are not satisfactority compensated for the "extra" work they are expected to do.

    Value your employees to get the job done.

    I worked at Parking Company of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I enjoyed being the boss of my own location, And having a loyal team working with me we got the job done and still had fun.

    Cons

    The building manager in the 500 N. Central office wouldn't work with us.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be afraid to be a leader.

    no holiday pay no bonuses no incentives no annual pay raises
