Pros
Parkwood Computer Services is a small local technology company where every person is important. The management and staff are a nice group of people to work with. The company was started in the 1960's and they have managed to adapt to changing technology for many years.
Cons
Parkwood has long-term relationships with clients, which is good, but it sometimes distracts them from using the latest and greatest technologies.
Advice to Senior Management
I believe the senior management team has changed somewhat in recent years, but I would suggest that senior management invest more time with employees to discuss professional development and their career path.
