    Pros

Close to my home, benefits are pretty decent including vacation payout if you leave, includes employee only gym

    Cons

Incompent management, no raises in recent years, moral is low, points system, understaffed, minimum positions available

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Know what you are doing. Talk to employees better. Work on the floor to see what it's really like

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, decent medical benefits

    Cons

Management did not want to listen to employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When an employee asks to be reviewed after orientation and again after 6 months do not just say, "If you don't here from me, you are doing fine."

Not a bad place to work

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

The benefits package is ok and co-workers tend to get along well on the floor. Most of the MD's are decent enough to work with.

    Cons

I did not like the fact that I got floated to other departments frequently. It would be hit or miss when floating what kind of assignment one would get, and staff on certain floors were less than helpful.

    Pros

There are "no" pros. The person over this department is NOT a nice person and will throw you under the buss in a heartbeat. People who report to this person hate them. They are out for themself. You will be miserable, I'm telling you upfront. Benefits are decent. Raises are pathetic. There was a time when we didn't receive one but they are back to giving them. GOOD LUCK.

    Cons

Management staff is not fair. The policies do not apply to everyone. The place is going downhill. Very sad to have to say so.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the management staff and start over!!!

    Very disappointing

    Pros

Employees are respectful towards other employees. Management is not respectful towards employees. They do not seem to want their employees to be "happy" in their workplace. Seems like they try to find ways to make life miserable for their staff. It's very sad. Used to be a good place to work, years ago. NOT anymore.

    Cons

Management needs to take classes on how to treat their employees with the respect they expect shown upon them. It's very sad how demeaning managers are anymore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of sending employees to classes on how to show "world class care" THEY need to go to classes on how to respect their employees and treat them fairly.
