I have been working at Partner's Consulting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

None - the company is moving in a direction where it looks like most work will be sent to India

    Cons

No 401k matching - company moving in wrong direction since it was sold. Clients not very happy with changes since sold and engineers slow to respond. Too many long time employees being let go and replaced by Indian workers

    Advice to Management

Keep your old talent - the clients do not like the change

I have been working at Partner's Consulting full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Hiring good people again. Giving bonuses. New and interesting work coming in. They've gotten rid of some low performers, which is about time. Management seems to be working really hard to improve things. The company seems to be back on its feet and growing.

    Cons

Very short staffed. Benefits not that great. Not much communication from corporate

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring good people. The culture is good, but we need more people to handle the new customers.

I worked at Partner's Consulting as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Partners Consulting does mainly IT consulting and job placement for their clients. So depending on your position, you can either work at its own office or clients' offices. Salary is good if you have the technical skills. Overall benefits are good.

    Cons

For other non-technical positions, the salary is not so good. They have some rounds of layoffs earlier, so you can feel lonely at its own office.

    Advice to Management

    It needs more team-building activities.
