My experience with Passion Parties has developed my professional skills and enhanced my personal life.

Executive Director (Current Employee)
Aiken, SC

I have been working at Passion Parties full-time for more than 3 years

ProsAs a stay at home mom, I initially I loved working with Passion Parties because of the flexible schedule and ability to be profitable within a short amount of time. However, as I have grown in the business, the pros had expanded to: flexible schedule, earning potential, professional development in leadership, recognition, travel, and development of personal relationships.

ConsCurrently, I do not see any cons working with Passion Parties.

If you are looking for extra income or a full time carreer this is the place to be!

Executive Manager (Current Employee)
College Station, TX

I have been working at Passion Parties

ProsYou have the opportunity for advancement if you have the drive and motivation. It will take work to make it to the top. You are not only part of a team but as a key member of the company as well.

ConsIt's difficult to ballance being a stay at home mom and a owner of a small business because you need to focus and stay on top of things otherwise it's difficult to be successful. The harder you work and the more energy you put into it the more financally rewarding it will be.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer more one on one training about how to service clients and making the sale. Encourage local team meating and reward them for organizing those meetings.

Not as fun as they say! Corporate office does not back thier consultants.

Consultant (Former Employee)

I worked at Passion Parties

ProsYou get a discount on vibes!

ConsCorporate office will loves you when you sell many items. But even if you are one of the biggest sellers they have, they will not back you up when you have problems with your own customers. Someone called Corp and said I had not delivered their products to them. And this person and many others at the same party bounced a huge checks to me. They are supposed to show that their checks have been cashed by the bank. THEY DID NOT! So they got their stuff, and I got a call from Corp. to pay them back for sending them products, but I said NO WAY....I still had their checks in my purse showing they had "non-sufficient funds". So from that day on Corp had it out for me. Whenever I called to order or anything, it was always delayed.....or message did not get received. I basically was black listed. I would never give this company a good review. They treat their consultants like crap. Sad thing was, I was booked solid and they lost all my clients and me as I went with a different company. And I am still a top earner in the field. Their loss!

Advice to Senior ManagementTake a close look at your office management. Are they really doing what is best for your consultants and customers? Pat Davis is amazing, I just wish others would follow her example

They are the top company in the business because they have the best PEOPLE!

Consultant (Current Employee)

I have been working at Passion Parties

ProsThe mission statement of Passion Parties is founded on the concept of "women helping women" and they absolutely live up to that ideal. Not only are the corporate staff excellent people but the co-workers are the best! I had to leave the company in 2007 because my Mom was terminally ill. I am thrilled to be back with Passion Parties today, 4 years later. My co-workers have stayed in touch with me over these last (sometimes very rough) years and I am glad to be back working with them. In my absence, the product line has improved as well as the training, so no grass is growing under this company's feet! They are still debt free, as they were before, so I don't worry a bit about waking up some day and finding out my company is out of business. The American Dream is alive and well at Passion Parties, and so is mine :-)

ConsThe only downside I can think of is I wished I lived closer to he corporate offices in Las Vegas, because I enjoy 'face time' with the people in the office. But, they have frequent regional meetings and events, so I see them there.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt isn't broke, so don't fix anything! Passion Parties is on the right track.

Passion Parties is the place to be!!

Team Manager (Current Employee)

I have been working at Passion Parties

ProsYou work from home, create your own schedule, create as much income as you want. It is based on the in-home party plan, so it is multi-level marketing. The way to build a staggering income is to build a team. The income potential for a part-time job without a team is still unreal! There are unlimited educational and training resources available to you. You receive as much or as little guidance as you want. The bonus checks the company sends out are outrageous!! During tough economic times, people will tend to spend more time at home relaxing, so the products, which run from mild to wild, are essentially recession-proof!

ConsThe major downside is not getting started sooner! It is an up and coming company with great leadership! Of all the companies with the same business model, Passion Parties is relatively small and is not saturated in the marketplace. One of the "downsides" would be people's misconceptions. Passion Parties are not vulgar or pornographic. The company has a strict policy on what is appropriate for advertising etc. Any violations of that policy will be met with disciplinary actions, which I think is wonderful. Ofcourse, you have to be organized and self-motivated in order to reach your goals. I work part-time and am able to secure a fabulous extra income for "fun"!
