“Unstable Management”
Current Employee – been working at Pastry Art
Pros – Decent Salary and the customers are wonderful.
Cons – Extremely unstable management. Motivations are questionable and employees are treated well one minute and the next minute they are gone. Company is run poorly and is very unorganized. VERY small company and is much like a high schol filled with mean kids who undermine you.
There have been at least 7 people in as many years that were let go without explanantion.
Advice to Senior Management – Eventually all the turnover will show your customers you are not the one they want to work with.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
