“sub teacher”
I have been working at Paterson Public Schools as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – very flexible job. good paying for college students. As an employee you will get to know the public education industry, and if you are studying to become a teacher in the future this job is an ideal for real life training and handling situations when kids are going through tough problems.
Cons – the bad thing about this job is not stable, so if you are looking for a stability this is not the job for you, if there is school there is work, but during summer, spring, and any other vacation you stay home and you don't get paid for these days
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
