Pros
Work environment is very good. Better coordination with managment. Treatment based fairly on your performance. Company is having big clients.
Cons
Small company, so infrastructure is not very good. Company is very good to work with for employees having upto experience 5 years.
Advice to Senior Management
Should work to expand its business in other parts of world also.
