    Good Teams ,Hard Working members.Early Leadership roles. Early on-site opportunities. Friendly work culture. Healthy work environment. Lots of other activities.

    Cons

    HR policies needs to be improved, no talent retention. They think everything can be done by freshers. No control over salaries. L1 -H1 B salaries differ in thousands.

    Employees are strength. All those who have left the organization, really wanted to do good for the company. But organization couldn't retain the talent.

    This is best place for fresher. they will learn a lot because patni believes in putting more responsibilities on fresher. they will learn about whole SDLC cycle. Health insurance is very good with patni.

    low salary is main concern and benifits are as per industry standards.
