This is a good company for beginners...period. Experience professional should stay away. It only a 'Paathshaala' Patni ki Paathshaala. Freshers can come and then run away once they got some experience.
Cons
No work ethics...full of already screwed up projects. Unrealistic deadlines....
Experience guys are working round the clock. A few old timers/Managers are enjoying at your cost. And taking promotions too !!!
No effort recognition at all. Only a few favorite people will take away the credit.
In case of any issues or failures ...YOU take the blame.
Advice to Senior Management
Desperately need to to look at you treatment to senior employees. Especially leads/architects/designers/ etc....
Stop favoritism...and acknowledge sincere and hard working people. No wonder you don't find experienced people.

- work full of challenges, so best place to learn your job

1. Processes are a joke.
2. Middle level managers climb the ladder on the shoulders of employees who are sacrificing their personal lives to meet organizational goals.
3. Too many personal agendas. The entire lot of middle level management needs to be culled.

you can really enjoy your life in most projects as work pressure is very less,
best for freshers who want to earn 2 yrs work ex and then go for higher education

dude you took a loan to buy this company please do something about it or ur investment will be lost

actually no work as they have very less projects

Release people earlier if they are on float after resigning

Heaven for fresh and retirement candidates.
Transport is plus but quality is just better than ST bus. [Sometimes have to travel standing for an hour or more]
If in project, get ready to go high.
Best place for married women

Everywhere u go will find a queue.
Beware of Laddu's of opportunity.
Salary - dont think abt it.
Nothing can hold an employee here other than bonds :)
Canteens are good but remember the queue
