Pros

The only reason i would say is good transport , and good place for married woman who wants to work a Govt like place where they settled down their lives. Most of top managements are women and in some cases i see there many couples are there. So it looks like for those people it is a good place to work.

Cons

Poor Top management , many of them are science graduates . Always a fear insecurity among top management which leads to avoid the talented sub coordianates. Highly political . If you will good performance rating and promotion depends on your relation with your boss not on your performance. Very impotent people who can not think about any change towards porgress , India's first IT company till has the same face which no one can want to smile at it.

Advice to Senior Management

Change all your top managemen especially the all women ,bring very energtic leader and also introduce 360 degree performance evaluation which help you to see your executives true face
