Pros
Long term onsite, if you are lucky enough.Good infrastructure at least in one office,Airoli.
Not too much work load,as you become experienced.Cons
Pathetic salary, worst pay master in entire industry.
No promotion ( even if it happens, salary hike will be minimal)
You have to fight for everything.Advice to Senior Management
Well, I don't think any advice will work.
They have to change whole process for that.
Make compensation as par with industry standard.
