    Pros

The smartest bunch of people I ever worked with! Was exposed to really challenging international projects with wide variety of interdisciplinary professionals. Had opportunity to learn new skills, providing consulting services that stretched my capacity in the best way.

    Cons

Tightly managed projects (i.e., manager did everything) didn't give me opportunity to have more client contact or client development. Wasn't able to attend conferences or local professional meetings for professional development. Was expect to be "billable" even when literally no work was available.

    Pros

I was dissatisfied with this company, nothing was really good about it. But every experience in life I would not take away but I would not reccommend this company to anyone who wants a stable atmosphere, no dissrespect to Mr. Rizzo, he is a hard working, good man.

    Cons

bad pay, bad enviroment, no room for advancement

    Advice to Management

Next time you might not want to have an ex-vet/racist run your cad department.
