    Cons

The hours can be unclear. If you explain your personal needs they are willing to accommodate you and your familiy.

    Advice to Management

Chill out. Not everyone is gunning for your spot.

    Pros

Experience in working with troubled youth a good stepping stone to case management, social work, or therapy.

    Cons

Second shift only. Great job for ppl with no kids or single individuals. Pressure from upper management to do well all the time, on time vs kids who don't want to do what upper management says to do at anytime. The pay is not worth the violence you experience from the residents. Alot of grey area for doing wrong, easy to get fired. Turnover rate seems to be really high. Short staffed alot! Staffing contacts you at your cell phone by text anytime and want you to confirm u got the message, whichi places your job in jeporday if you do not answer yea or neh to working when they are short, which is like daily!

    Advice to Management

Too many chiefs, not enough indians.

    Pros

It's a fun atmosphere if you are outgoing and like to be around people alot. It's a good job to meet people with low pressure.

    Cons

You work very late, usually until about 3:00. It gets kind of boring after awhile especially if it's a slow night.

    Advice to Management

It's a good bar and a fun place to work. It's a good bar and a fun place to work.
