I have been working at PayJunction full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The company culture is fantastic: there is an on-site movie theater, garage (with bar/pool/fuseball), and lots of after work activities. The company itself is like a family and offers a lot of opportunity to learn about a burgeoning industry.

    Cons

The company is undergoing growing pains as it transitions into a bigger company. It's taking steps to preserve it's tech culture while also becoming a corporate entity.

You can make some big money upfront and very quick and build up a nice money residual income. It's a great feeling waking up everyday knowing that I have more then enough money coming in whether I chose to work or not.

    Cons

The vacations this opportunity has allowed my family and I to go on, have made our friends very jealous.

I have been working at PayJunction as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

PayJunction and their support staff truly treat their resellers as full employees. I can pick up the phone and get any type of support (HR, Payroll, Sales Support, Engineering, etc.) I need. I came to PayJunction almost seven years ago with no experience, no money in the bank, and no knowledge of online payment processing. In fact, at the time I was living in a friend's spare room, as the economy had wiped me out. Now I enjoy a comfortable lifestyle in San Diego with a residual income that continues to grow. With hard work and dedication on my part and awesome support, product, and service from PayJunction, my clients utilize the LAST payment processor they will ever need - as my financial strength continually rises.

Some of the best reasons to work with PayJunction are:
    - the expertise and support I receive from my Sales Director Tom Harnetiaux and CEO Randy Modos
    - unlimited income potential
    - freedom to work when I want and from where I want
    - the entire support staff

    Cons

I've not encountered and negatives. Sounds silly, but it's true.

I have been working at PayJunction full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been with Payjunction going on four years now and I truly have loved every hour of it. Everyone on the staff shares the same goals and ambition to succeed at very high levels, which keeps the work very exciting and never dull. In addition the culture is 2nd to none, the owners of Payjunction have done an amazing job building a friendly, a fun, and ,most importantly a productive atmosphere. They are always throwing fun parties for big events such as the super bowl, Oscars, my birthday =) ,etc... I can not speak highly enough about my experiences so far with PayJunction and would recommend any person seeking a company that likes to exceed boundaries in all aspects of life apply within!

    Cons

They wont let me work weekends!
