Pros
PayPal is a great company to work for in terms of technology. it is a world leader in payments. I love people i work with and this probably counts for 50% of the reason that i work for PayPal
Cons
leadership, leadership, leadership. we need good leaders that care not just about themselves but about company and people that work for them
