    Pros

Great benefits, on-going training, and people to work with. Lots of room for growth for high achievers.

    Cons

The leadership seemed to change directions every six months. This is common with large corporations but still, it leaves you feeling a little lost as an employee.

    Advice to Management

For the most part, keep doing what you're doing. Maybe focus a little more on middle-management training.

  2. Nice people but needs some work

    Pros

good company. good work/life balance. Employee focused.

    Cons

cheap company. Salary is a joke. Almost $20k less than the competition.
Don't pay for all of your expenses. Give you a blanket amount to cover the cost of everything- and it doesn't.
    No room for growth

    Too much work per specialist

    Advice to Management

Trim down the lists and get an amended returns department. There are only 8 working hours in the day..

    Pros

Has a sales training school new hires attend to get them ready to sell. After training, new reps are then assigned a reasonable quota. With A LOT of hard work you can be successful. Once you have some success get out and take on a more rewarding career.

    Cons

Quota is revenue based and you need to throw a lot of mud against the wall each month to hit your quota.

    Advice to Management

Does it really matter what one person puts here? Management just wants to stay a darling of Wall Street.

    Pros

The training you get with this company is absolutely phenomenal. It is constant and you always have the most up to date information. Benefits are awesome with a great 401k match.

    Cons

If you are not part of the in crowd you don't advance. If you apply for a position but they can't fill yours they also may not promote. The compensation is below par from other companies and the work load is excessive.

    Advice to Management

Don't hold employees back and give all employees the ability to grow and advance. Stop playing favorites were not in high school anymore.

    Pros

If you're in the right group it can be very rewarding, with competitive pay and wonderful co-workers.

    Cons

There are groups that have an incredible amount of pressure on them, and they seem stuck in a culture of deflecting and delaying over serving the teams they interact with.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that there are enough able bodies in each department to get the allotted work done efficiently.
