    Pros

Solid teammates, good production, and great resources. All that on top of an outstanding living situation.

    Cons

It can get cold sometimes during the winter. Small team size, which some folks might see as a con. I don't.

  2. Great work environment, huge growth potential.

    Pros

Team based culture, lots of support and encouragement, limitless earning potential, fun - high energy office, good work-life balance.

    Cons

As with any sales job, metrics, and production goals are expected to be met, which can be stressful at times.

  3. It is a great exercise in self motivation and the ability to problem solve on your own.

    I worked at Payette Group

    Pros

Very laid back atmosphere and working in the Tech Sector is something that few people in Boise have a chance to do.

    Cons

Compensation plan is based on a group model for commission so if people leave or don't produce, your check sucks.

    Advice to Management

Measure twice and cut once. Some type of structure and a competitive pay structure would go a long way to your not just training other peoples future employees.

    Pros

Ability to advance quickly depending on how capable you are at your job.
There is no cap based on your sales - you can truly make as much money as the amount of effort you put in.

    Cons

Very sedentary, you have to learn to get a lot of exercise before and after work, or you will become a giant blob.

    Advice to Management

The people are the most important asset that your company has, it's very important that you take care of them, and make them feel they are worth their weight in gold.
