Pros
Payless is a great starting point for young professionals who want a broad starting point in their career. They reward hard work and determination, and also offer tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Workload can be overwhelming at times.
Advice to Senior Management

Pros
Don't really have anything good to say about the company, besides that it pays the bills. it really had it's up and downs.
Cons
Horrible boss,main boss would give smaller company money to run smoothly. There's always issues behind the scene. There was problems with workers paychecks, if boss didn't like you.
Advice to Senior Management
Give the lower revenue more money, workers should not have to scrunch for money to run your company. Not professional at all.
