    Great people to work with.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsCo-workers are AWESOME! Good work/life balance. I've ran into very little micro-managing.

ConsNo 401k match, no bonuses, no raises beyond cost of living, questionable decisions by some senior management

Advice to Senior ManagementStagnant pay isn't a motivator, at least give people something to achieve. Senior management needs to reach out to the experts within the company that aren't being fully unitized. I think that would at least lead to the impression of better decisions being made.

    Avoid if possible

    Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
    West Palm Beach, FL

ProsPaid weekly, decent amount of vacation time allowed, company picnics every now and then, and a $100 bonus for christmas (big deal)

ConsUnderstaffed, not a lot of flexibility, low pay, poor management team, have been hit by hackers several times, hard to schedule time off because there a re so few people in the department, further, you cannot schedule a day off if someone has already scheduled that day i.e. Christmas and Thanksgiving time

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider working in the departments for a few days before changing the policies in them, management is too far removed from operations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

If you are part of the 'ole boys network, you will do fine

    Supervisor (Current Employee)

ProsPTO time is great. Employees are nice And work hard to make the company a leading contender in the marketplace.

ConsWhether you do a great job or good job, you will always get the$100 bonus at holiday time and 3 percent raise. There is no pay or incentive for outstanding performance. If you are not part of sales, you are treated much differently and barely recognized. For a private company that is a leader in it's field and generated more than $200 million in revenue, employees expect more.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize the talented employees you have and don't be exclusionary to diversity, women, minorities in senior management. It is very evident only "certain" people are allowed in the circle. Recognize efforts of employees and regularly communicate to company

    Best in Class

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat support, outstanding reputation in the industry, fantastic product mix, best benefits package in the industry.

ConsLags behind the industry in some key areas such as recruiting and training and the application process. Some tired, failed methodologies continue to be be employed to no avail. No real opportunities for advancement.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep abreast of current hiring trends and compete for sales reps. This is a company with a heck of a lot to offer, but getting quality salespeople iin the door continues to be a struggle. We simply aren't competitive enough in the labor market.
